Return and Refund Policy
Alpha bathrooms offers customers a no-quibble return window of 14 days from the date of delivery.
After 14-days, Items can only be exchanged for another Item for up to 90 days of receiving the order.
Proof of purchase is required along with item being returned or exchanged.
Note: Return/exchange policy is not applicable to special ordered items and custom orders; specifically made for a customer on individual request.
Return-change of mind
Items being returned must be undamaged, unused, uninstalled, and in a resalable condition with packed in the original packaging.
Customer will be responsible for returning the goods and any associated delivery costs.
If Items are damaged during the return journey, it will void the right to return or replace.
Return-faulty item
Alpha Bathrooms applies strict quality standards on all the items and ensures to deliver quality products to its customers. However, if any item, when received, is not in a perfect condition, please notify us immediately via our sales team email @——- or by calling on —————–.
Damage must be notified within 48 hours of the order received.
Please provide an image or video of the faulty product as a proof.
If the damage is confirmed, it will be replaced free of cost.
If product is damaged during installation, it will not be deemed as defective and cannot be replaced.

Refunds
Refund will be approved or rejected once the return item is received and inspected. Customer will be notified via email when the returned item is received and refund decision is made.
If the refund is approved, the credit will be automatically made using customer’s original payment method, within 7-10 working days.
